Well since the server has a Community Management contract I figured that I would give you guys information about how to contact our support team in the event that you need something. Our Customer Service and Community Support Team is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday Pacific Time. Technical Support is open 24 hours Monday - Friday and Noon - 5 PM on Saturday. Our hours on Sundays very by who's working that day. you can reach us via phone, email, ticket, Live Chat, MSN Instant Messenger, GTalk and Skype.

E-Mail: emergency (at) rbhosting.org (Confirmed outages only please)
Ticket: http://clients.deltatf.org/submitticket.php (We usually respond within 12 hours; if its an emergency we respond usually within the hour)
