    Sorry for the late update (was trying to fix the server yesterday). Apparently, the server was missing some map sql files... when we never even touched them before (this problem never happened before). So, I tried to fix it and managed to get the server up before, but it doesn't read the account databases. This is the reason why you see your characters missing for some people. However, we will get the server up very soon (by today hopefully; going to try all sorts of things ><). Sorry for the inconvenience... first time that this problem has happened. Thank you for your patience!

    Regarding the rumors, there are NO roll-backs EVER. Your accounts are all still in the databased; the server is just not reading the complete database. The server will be up very shortly with all accounts read.
